Ora il Consiglio degli Stati deve decidere.<\/p>\n<p>In futuro, secondo l'iniziativa, il consenso del padrone di casa sar\u00e0 richiesto se un inquilino vuole subaffittare il suo appartamento. L'inquilino dovrebbe anche rivelare il subaffitto al padrone di casa. Se questo \u00e8 abusivo, il padrone di casa dovrebbe essere autorizzato a rifiutare il consenso. Questo si applicherebbe anche se l'inquilino subisse \"svantaggi sostanziali\" a causa del subaffitto.<\/p>\n<p>Se il subaffitto avviene senza il consenso scritto del padrone di casa o sulla base di informazioni false, il padrone di casa dovrebbe essere autorizzato a terminare la locazione dopo un avvertimento.<\/p>\n<p>Egloff ha anche indicato piattaforme come Airbnb come giustificazione per la sua mozione. Ha criticato il fatto che il subaffitto sia diventato un modello di business. Soprattutto nelle citt\u00e0, gli appartamenti economici in vecchi edifici sono spesso subaffittati ad affitti che sono considerevolmente pi\u00f9 alti dell'interesse pagato dall'inquilino. L'inquilino raccoglie la differenza.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo i regolamenti attuali, il padrone di casa ha il diritto di rifiutare il suo consenso al subaffitto se l'inquilino non ha intenzione di utilizzare di nuovo l'immobile affittato in seguito.
