Gli analisti del fornitore di servizi prevedono un aumento medio dei prezzi di 2,8 % per gli appartamenti occupati dai proprietari e di 3,1% per le case unifamiliari in tutta la Svizzera. Si prevedono aumenti superiori alla media per i condomini del Vallese (+4,0 %) e dei Grigioni (+3,8 %), che W\u00fcest Partner attribuisce all'attrattiva turistica delle regioni. Da un lato, le nuove costruzioni stanno acquisendo uno slancio limitato e le condizioni di finanziamento rimangono molto favorevoli. Inoltre, l'offerta rimane limitata: sia gli annunci di case unifamiliari che di appartamenti in affitto sono in calo - in quest'ultimo caso di 11 % in un anno, mentre le richieste sono aumentate di 5%.
