Ci\u00f2 corrisponde a un rapporto di sottoscrizione di 100%, secondo UBS Fund Management. L'obiettivo di emissione annunciato di 177 milioni di franchi svizzeri \u00e8 stato raggiunto.<\/p>\n<p>Gran parte dei proventi dell'emissione \u00e8 destinata alla riqualificazione, recentemente completata, dell'immobile residenziale \u00abTivoli Garten\u00bb a Spreitenbach, nonch\u00e9 a ristrutturazioni totali a Zurigo, Basilea, Winterthur e Neuch\u00e2tel.
