Con 2,12 milioni di mq o 4,3% dello stock, il livello a fine settembre \u00e8 rimasto invariato rispetto ai due trimestri precedenti. Tuttavia, questo \u00e8 il sesto trimestre consecutivo con una disponibilit\u00e0 di uffici superiore ai 2 milioni di mq.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abQuesta stabilit\u00e0 smentisce il fatto che nell'anno in corso 2025 \u00e8 stata registrata solo un'occupazione media trimestrale di circa 425.000 mq di spazi per uffici\u00bb, scrive CBRE nel suo aggiornamento del mercato.
