L'elenco degli interventi di mercato con cui i politici vogliono affrontare il problema degli alloggi \u00e8 destinato ad allungarsi. Le iniziative a livello federale e cantonale potrebbero portare a un tetto massimo per gli affitti, si discute persino di una modifica della Costituzione, dell'introduzione di diritti di prelazione e dell'inasprimento della Lex Koller. D'altro canto, nella sua presentazione ha chiarito che il settore immobiliare \u00e8 aperto a regole chiare e si considera parte della soluzione per ottenere spazi abitativi pi\u00f9 accessibili. Per alleviare la carenza di alloggi, il politico del PS ha chiesto, tra le altre cose, un allentamento della protezione dal rumore, una regolamentazione pi\u00f9 efficiente delle obiezioni e la facilitazione delle conversioni. Naturalmente, B\u00e4rtschiger aveva nel suo bagaglio anche idee che andavano in una direzione diversa: Tassare gli appartamenti sfitti, ad esempio, aumentare la costruzione di alloggi statali e - ultimo ma non meno importante - influenzare i prezzi degli affitti. La regolamentazione \u00e8 purtroppo necessaria, ha detto B\u00e4rtschiger, e ha tratto dalla Costituzione federale il mandato di intervenire nel mercato immobiliare a favore dei membri pi\u00f9 deboli della societ\u00e0. Le societ\u00e0 immobiliari per azioni possiedono solo 1% di appartamenti in affitto, mentre dei 2% di appartamenti in affitto in Svizzera di propriet\u00e0 di investitori istituzionali, i fondi pensione fanno la parte del leone. Come \u00e8 noto, questi non sono interessati all'avidit\u00e0 di ottenere il massimo rendimento, ma alla previdenza per ampie fasce della societ\u00e0. Sarebbe quindi opportuna una migliore comunicazione da parte dell'industria. Kucher ha invitato le aziende a fare di pi\u00f9 per la visibilit\u00e0 sui media. Tuttavia, \u00e8 anche importante che il potere di compromesso, che secondo B\u00e4rtschiger un tempo era pi\u00f9 marcato, torni a crescere. Considerando la dimensione sociale della questione abitativa, Christian Kraft ha sintetizzato: \"Dobbiamo avvicinarci gli uni agli altri\".<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-65557
