Poich\u00e9 le spese sono aumentate solo di 2,7 milioni di CHF, l'utile netto \u00e8 passato da 118,2 milioni di CHF a 125,0 milioni di CHF. Inoltre, il risultato della valutazione \u00e8 migliorato di 5,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri, passando a 0,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri, con un notevole aumento dei ricavi totali da 113,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri a 126,0 milioni di franchi svizzeri.<\/p>\n<p>La performance borsistica del fondo, pari a 3,1%, \u00e8 stata solo marginalmente inferiore al benchmark del SXI Real Estate Funds TR (3,2%). A fine giugno il premio ammontava a 46,0%. Il fondo registra inoltre un calo del tasso di perdita sugli affitti dall'inizio dell'anno, passato da 3,5TP3T a 3,4%. Nel segmento residenziale, il tasso si attesta a 1,7%.<\/p>\n<p>Gli aggiornamenti sui progetti riportati nella relazione annuale includono il completamento di un nuovo edificio sostitutivo con 83 appartamenti nel quartiere Milchbuck di Zurigo, dove il numero originale di appartamenti era 46. Ad aprile \u00e8 stato completato anche il progetto di ristrutturazione della Bruderholzstrasse 45 a Basilea. Con un costo di circa 8 milioni di franchi svizzeri, sono state create 20 unit\u00e0 residenziali completamente affittate e uno spazio commerciale al piano terra. Anche i lavori di costruzione del complesso residenziale \"Younic\" a D\u00fcbendorf stanno per essere completati. La prima fase \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata completata e consegnata agli inquilini. La consegna della seconda fase \u00e8 prevista per settembre. Tutti gli appartamenti sono stati affittati. Il progetto, con un totale di 228 appartamenti, \u00e8 stato acquistato nell'estate del 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Nel primo semestre dell'anno non ci sono state acquisizioni o vendite di
