L'immobile \u00e8 stato aggiunto al portafoglio l'11 luglio per un valore di 8 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Si tratta di dodici appartamenti - \"in ottime condizioni\" secondo il gestore del fondo Realstone SA - con una superficie locativa totale di 680 metri quadrati e 30 metri quadrati di spazio commerciale. Secondo quanto riferito, la propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 affittata a 100% e ha un rendimento locativo stabile.
