Il tasso di perdita sugli affitti \u00e8 sceso ulteriormente da un gi\u00e0 basso 1,7% a 1,5%. Oltre all'adeguamento dei canoni di locazione al tasso di interesse di riferimento pi\u00f9 elevato, il fondo ha beneficiato di entrate aggiuntive derivanti da investimenti in immobili esistenti. Nella prima met\u00e0 del 2025 \u00e8 stato acquistato un nuovo edificio a Illnau (ZH), Kempttalstrasse 8-10, per 18,0 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Secondo quanto riferito, l'immobile \u00e8 completamente affittato e comprende 23 appartamenti in affitto.<\/p>\n<p>Con 5,1% nel primo semestre del 2025, la performance del fondo sul mercato finanziario ha superato in modo significativo il benchmark (indice SWIIT) di 3,2%.
