Tuttavia, nel periodo in esame l'EBITDA \u00e8 salito alla cifra record di 166,2 milioni (+3%) e l'EBIT dichiarato delle divisioni \u00e8 aumentato del 20,4%, raggiungendo 103,7 milioni (2015: 86,2 milioni).<\/p>\n<p>Escludendo i costi di ammortamento per le attivit\u00e0 immateriali acquisite nel corso dell'acquisizione di Bilfinger Construction (escluse le PPA), l'EBIT dei segmenti di attivit\u00e0 ha raggiunto un nuovo livello record di 115 milioni. Rispetto al valore di 107,7 milioni dell'anno precedente, si \u00e8 registrato un aumento del 6,8%.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato operativo del Gruppo Implenia \u00e8 stato di 97,9 milioni, con un aumento del 22,5% rispetto all'anno precedente (79,9 milioni). Il risultato del Gruppo \u00e8 di 64,5 milioni, rispetto ai 52 milioni dell'anno precedente (+23,9%). Il flusso di cassa libero prima delle acquisizioni per l'anno finanziario 2016 \u00e8 di 30,1 milioni - significativamente inferiore ai 103,6 milioni dell'anno precedente. Implenia ammette che non \u00e8 stato possibile mantenere il capitale circolante netto al basso livello dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<h2>Segmento Sviluppo con un nuovo risultato record<\/h2>\n<p>Il segmento Sviluppo, con lo sviluppo di progetti immobiliari in Svizzera, ha raggiunto un EBIT di 37 milioni nell'esercizio 2016, superando di poco il risultato record del 2015 (36,3 milioni). Implenia cita come motivi le condizioni di mercato generalmente buone e il solido portafoglio di progetti propri.<\/p>\n<p>L'attivit\u00e0 di sviluppo ha continuato a concentrarsi sulle regioni chiave di Zurigo e Arc L\u00e9manique. L'intera pipeline di progetti, caratterizzata da grandi siti nella Svizzera occidentale (Ginevra\/Lausanne) e nella Svizzera tedesca (Winterthur), garantir\u00e0 il futuro del segmento, ha aggiunto Implenia.<\/p>\n<h2>Segmento Svizzera con inversione di tendenza negli Edifici<\/h2>\n<p>Il segmento Svizzera, che comprende i servizi di ammodernamento di immobili residenziali e commerciali, di appalto totale\/generale, di costruzione di edifici, di costruzione di strade e di ingegneria civile, nonch\u00e9 i lavori di pavimentazione e ghiaia in Svizzera, non \u00e8 riuscito a registrare un aumento del fatturato. Tuttavia, l'EBIT \u00e8 aumentato del 45%, ovvero di 18 milioni, raggiungendo i 56,3 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Implenia, l'aumento \u00e8 stato ottenuto in gran parte attraverso il tradizionale business delle imprese totali e generali (Edifici). Con 2,63 miliardi, il segmento Svizzera \u00e8 riuscito a mantenere il proprio portafoglio ordini al livello dell'anno precedente (2015: 2,64 miliardi).<\/p>\n<h2>Confermato l'obiettivo di EBIT per il 2017<\/h2>\n<p>A fine dicembre 2016, il portafoglio ordini del Gruppo nel suo complesso si \u00e8 attestato a 5,17 miliardi, all'incirca il livello record dell'anno precedente (5,13 miliardi). Implenia \u00e8 quindi fiduciosa per il 2017 e gli anni successivi, anche grazie ai progressi operativi compiuti e al fatto che il Gruppo \u00e8 uscito rafforzato dall'anno passato in termini di ampiezza geografica e di competenze tecniche. A medio termine, Implenia punta a un volume di vendita di circa cinque miliardi e a un margine EBITDA compreso tra il 5,25 e il 5,75 per cento. L'obiettivo di EBIT per il 2017 di 140-150 milioni \u00e8 confermato.<\/p>\n<p>Implenia annuncia anche due cambiamenti nel personale: Calvin Grieder, vicepresidente del Consiglio di amministrazione, ha deciso di non candidarsi per la rielezione alla prossima Assemblea generale annuale dopo quattro anni di permanenza nel Consiglio. Inoltre, il dottor Jens Vollmar assumer\u00e0 la piena responsabilit\u00e0 della gestione della Business Unit Edifici a partire dal 1\u00b0 febbraio 2017. Vollmar lavora in Implenia dal 2013 e nel febbraio 2016 ha assunto la gestione operativa della business unit sotto la guida del CEO Anton
