Si tratta di un \"rinvio temporaneo del rimborso\" delle quote maturate dal fondo negoziato in borsa per l'esercizio finanziario conclusosi il 30 giugno. Si tratta di un totale di 27,8% di tutte le quote in circolazione. Con il rinvio, UBS fa riferimento al \u00a717 clausola 5 del contratto del fondo. Una ripresa dei mercati immobiliari europei \"con volumi di transazioni in aumento e prezzi stabili\" \u00e8 prevista non prima del 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasso di perdita del noleggio a un basso 0,6%<\/h3>\n<p>Il fondo investe in immobili residenziali, logistici, uffici e retail in tutta Europa. \u00c8 stato lanciato nel 2018 e quotato alla Borsa svizzera nel 2022. Il portafoglio comprende 14 immobili con un valore di mercato di 283,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Il tasso di insolvenza degli affitti \u00e8 pari a 0,6% e la durata media residua del contratto di locazione \u00e8 di oltre sei anni.
