Sia il rendimento del capitale proprio (ROE) che il rendimento del capitale investito (ROIC) sono risultati superiori ai valori dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Nel semestre il fondo ha venduto un totale di cinque immobili per un valore di mercato di circa 60 milioni di franchi svizzeri, con prezzi di vendita lordi in media superiori di circa 5% ai valori di mercato pi\u00f9 recenti. Ci\u00f2 si \u00e8 riflesso nel conto economico con un contributo al profitto di circa 2,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Gli immobili non sono stati rivalutati nel primo semestre dell'anno.<\/p>\n<p>Il portafoglio residenziale acquisito nel luglio 2024, che comprendeva 47 immobili residenziali con un valore di mercato di 700 milioni di franchi svizzeri. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/ib\/2024-06-11\/swiss-life-esg-swiss-properties-nennt-details-zum-700-millionen-schweren-kauf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(IB ha riferito)<\/a>La societ\u00e0 di gestione dei fondi scrive che la redditivit\u00e0 netta \u00e8 aumentata di circa 0,4 punti percentuali, con tassi di sfitto comparabili (2,3% contro 2,2%).
