Lo spazio per uffici disponibile in tutta la Svizzera entro tre mesi \u00e8 salito a 2,14 milioni di mq o 4,4% dello stock a fine marzo (4\u00b0 trimestre 2024: 4,1%). Ci\u00f2 significa che il tasso di disponibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 pari a quello del terzo trimestre del 2016, quando erano disponibili per l'affitto solo 1,97 milioni di mq di uffici in termini assoluti.<\/p>\n<h3>Aumento dell'offerta nelle aree periferiche e nei sobborghi delle grandi citt\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Nei primi 5 centri, tuttavia, la disponibilit\u00e0 di uffici \u00e8 aumentata solo leggermente, passando da 3,5 a 3,6%. \"Questo sottolinea la tendenza della domanda verso le location centrali\", commenta CBRE.
