Gli oneri finanziari sono aumentati di 1,5 milioni di franchi e il tasso di perdita sugli affitti \u00e8 aumentato leggermente di 0,1% a 2,3%. L'utile netto \u00e8 aumentato di 2 milioni di CHF a 76,6 milioni di CHF e l'utile totale di ben 67,3 milioni di CHF a 95,7 milioni di CHF. Con una performance di 9,6%, il fondo si \u00e8 attestato ben al di sotto del benchmark di 17,6% secondo SXI Real Estate Funds TR. Il rendimento dell'investimento \u00e8 stato di 4,2%.<\/p>\n<h3>Solo due transazioni<\/h3>\n<p>Nello scorso esercizio finanziario, il fondo ha acquistato un terreno edificabile a M\u00fchlihalden 2 a Bassersdorf.
