Gli investitori hanno annunciato in una conferenza stampa che i risultati delle analisi nelle singole parti del sito saranno pubblicati come parte dei preparativi per il progetto indicativo. In questo modo, vogliono \"creare le basi per un dialogo obiettivo\". In passato, il modo in cui \u00e8 stato trattato l'ex sito chimico, che dovrebbe essere trasformato in un nuovo quartiere residenziale e lavorativo, ha pi\u00f9 volte suscitato critiche da parte dell'opinione pubblica.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Rhystadt e Swiss Life, ora esiste un quadro completo della situazione della contaminazione nelle rispettive parti del sito, sia nel sottosuolo che negli edifici. Attualmente c'\u00e8 solo un sito contaminato nel terreno che richiede una bonifica. Si tratta di una contaminazione da clorobenzene nel sito 3 di Swiss Life. La bonifica \u00e8 attualmente in fase di preparazione da parte del precedente proprietario, BASF. La situazione della contaminazione negli edifici varia notevolmente. Alcune propriet\u00e0 possono gi\u00e0 essere utilizzate per nuovi scopi. Altri edifici sono contaminati da amianto. Nel complesso, tuttavia, la maggior parte del sito \u00e8 stata classificata dall'autorit\u00e0 di controllo come \"contaminata e da monitorare\".<\/p>\n<h3>200 rapporti prima della pubblicazione<\/h3>\n<p>I proprietari definiscono la rimozione dei siti contaminati \"un compito importante ma risolvibile\". Il progetto indicativo \u00e8 attualmente in fase di elaborazione e dovrebbe essere finalizzato nell'estate del 2025. Nell'ambito di questo progetto, \u00e8 stata annunciata la pubblicazione dei risultati delle indagini e della documentazione, sia quelli che erano a disposizione degli investitori al momento dell'acquisto delle loro parti del sito, sia i rapporti aggiuntivi sulle procedure completate che Rhystadt e Swiss Life hanno commissionato nell'ambito del progetto di sviluppo. In una prima fase, un totale di circa 200 rapporti sar\u00e0 accessibile attraverso i siti web delle due societ\u00e0. Quest'anno dovrebbero essere pubblicati anche i risultati del monitoraggio delle acque sotterranee, per il quale le autorit\u00e0 hanno approvato un nuovo concetto nel 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Nel sito \u00e8 previsto uno dei pi\u00f9 grandi progetti di quartiere della Svizzera, con circa 10.000 residenti e numerosi posti di lavoro.
