Nonostante il calo da 29,3 a 25,1 milioni di franchi, l'utile netto \u00e8 rimasto stabile a 10,8 milioni di franchi. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto al fatto che le spese sono diminuite in misura analoga, passando da 18,4 a 14,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri, in parte a causa della riduzione delle commissioni. Tuttavia, le vendite hanno avuto un impatto molto negativo sul conto economico: poich\u00e9 gli immobili sono stati venduti a un valore nettamente inferiore a quello contabile, la voce \"minusvalenze realizzate\" ha ridotto il reddito realizzato dell'anno precedente da 8,8 milioni di franchi a -31,7 milioni di franchi. Secondo la societ\u00e0 di gestione del fondo, la vendita di 16 immobili per un totale di 227 milioni di franchi svizzeri \u00e8 stata effettuata con un intento strategico: \"Le vendite mirate hanno allineato la struttura del portafoglio alla strategia di investimento focalizzata sulle periferie in termini di utilizzo, mix abitativo, condizioni strutturali e diversificazione regionale e hanno rafforzato la capacit\u00e0 di guadagno del portafoglio principale\", si legge.
