I due fondi immobiliari commerciali di Helvetica saranno fusi il 20 giugno con effetto retroattivo al 30 aprile. Il fondo HSC agir\u00e0 come fondo incorporante e il fondo risultante dalla fusione porter\u00e0 il suo nome. Il rapporto di cambio certificato, basato sulle valutazioni (NAV) al 30 aprile 2025, sar\u00e0 annunciato il 20 giugno dopo la chiusura delle contrattazioni. Il primo giorno di negoziazione del fondo immobiliare combinato \u00e8 previsto per il 23 giugno.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Helvetica, la fusione dei fondi dovrebbe portare a una maggiore diversificazione e a una maggiore liquidit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 a una migliore negoziabilit\u00e0 e a una pi\u00f9 forte presenza sul mercato. Il Fondo HSC combinato dovrebbe comprendere 37 immobili per un valore totale di circa 760 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Investe in immobili commerciali puri in zone prevalentemente suburbane, in rapida crescita e ben sviluppate della Svizzera tedesca e francese.
