La sua presentazione si \u00e8 concentrata sulla stabilizzazione dei rendimenti primari nei settori degli immobili residenziali e commerciali. Ha spiegato che gli ultimi tagli ai tassi di interesse da parte della Federal Reserve statunitense hanno contribuito a stabilizzare il mercato. Mentre molti settori continuano a beneficiare di fondamentali solidi, il settore degli uffici rimane un punto debole. Gli investitori istituzionali si stanno quindi concentrando sempre pi\u00f9 sugli immobili residenziali e logistici, che si stanno dimostrando resistenti e in rapida crescita.
