L'edificio per uffici esistente, con oltre 13.000 metri quadrati di superficie, appartiene alla Fondazione Abendrot dal 2019. Sede del Tribunale Amministrativo Federale fino al 2011, \u00e8 rimasto vuoto per molto tempo ed \u00e8 attualmente in uso provvisorio. Abendrot sta sviluppando la conversione dell'edificio a fini residenziali insieme alla cooperativa Urbane D\u00f6rfer. Si prevede che il progetto produrr\u00e0 meno di un terzo delle emissioni di edifici nuovi analoghi. Insieme agli utenti di Urbane D\u00f6rfer e a un potenziale partner per la realizzazione, si stanno concretizzando l'utilizzo e il layout del progetto, nonch\u00e9 i relativi costi di costruzione. Il prossimo obiettivo \u00e8 la stipula di un contratto di sviluppo con un appaltatore totale, riferisce Abendrot. La domanda di costruzione dovrebbe essere presentata nel 2025 e i lavori di costruzione dovrebbero iniziare nel 2026-2027.<\/p>\n<p>Come riferito, sul sito \u00e8 previsto anche un nuovo edificio.
