Il fornitore tedesco di appartamenti serviti Limehome ha aperto la sua prima struttura in Svizzera. L'azienda ha aperto 67 suite di design nel centro di Basilea. Secondo l'azienda, l'inizio \u00e8 stato promettente. Secondo il co-CEO e co-fondatore Josef Vollmayr, il tasso di occupazione nei primi giorni \u00e8 stato di oltre 70%. Egli \u00e8 \"pi\u00f9 che fiducioso che anche in questa struttura raggiungeremo il nostro abituale tasso di occupazione di oltre 90 %\".<\/p>\n

Gli appartamenti sono stati realizzati in collaborazione con Gold Tree Asset Management nello storico ex Hotel Basel, che \u00e8 stato ampiamente ristrutturato nel corso di diversi mesi. La propriet\u00e0 in M\u00fcnzgasse era stata gestita come albergo convenzionale fin dagli anni Settanta.<\/p>\n

Secondo Limehome, attualmente ha 6.300 appartamenti sotto contratto in oltre 250 localit\u00e0 in Germania, Austria, Paesi Bassi, Belgio, Spagna, Portogallo, Ungheria, Italia, Grecia e Svizzera.
