Ci\u00f2 che significa concretamente per un singolo edificio deve essere valutato individualmente e non pu\u00f2 essere generalizzato. I benefici sociali ed economici, in particolare, dipendono dalla destinazione d'uso dell'edificio. Ci\u00f2 significa che possono esserci notevoli differenze da caso a caso. In termini di sostenibilit\u00e0 ambientale, l'obiettivo \u00e8 aumentare l'efficienza energetica dell'edificio e ridurre le emissioni, tra le altre cose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Banca Migros offre un'analisi gratuita dei portafogli immobiliari.
