L'emissione dovrebbe raccogliere 56,2 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Dodici quote esistenti danno diritto a sottoscrivere una nuova quota al prezzo di emissione di 104,00 franchi netti ciascuna. Il pagamento delle nuove quote \u00e8 previsto per il 18 ottobre.<\/p>\n<p>La direzione del fondo intende utilizzare i proventi per l'ulteriore espansione del portafoglio immobiliare e per gli investimenti nelle propriet\u00e0 esistenti.
