A causa del peggioramento del risultato della valutazione di 2,2 milioni di franchi, il reddito totale \u00e8 sceso da 25,1 milioni di franchi a 22,5 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<h3>\"Swissreal\" mantiene stabile l'utile netto<\/h3>\n<p>Nel primo semestre dell'anno UBS \"Swissreal\" ha ridotto il tasso di perdita locativa a 3,8%.
