Secondo Z\u00fcblin, questo sviluppo e il perdurare di un contesto di mercato favorevole hanno portato a effetti di valutazione positivi per 6,3 milioni (al netto delle imposte: 4,9 milioni). I ricavi delle divisioni Svizzera e Germania sono aumentati del 5,7 a 8,7 milioni. Nell'anno precedente si era registrata una perdita di 23,6 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Il valore totale del portafoglio immobiliare era di 338 milioni di franchi svizzeri al 30 settembre 2016. Il valore di mercato dell'intero portafoglio \u00e8 aumentato del 2,1%, pari a 6,3 milioni. Di conseguenza, il valore del portafoglio ammonta a 199,5 milioni per le propriet\u00e0 svizzere e a 138,5 milioni per quelle tedesche. Attualmente \u00e8 responsabile della contabilit\u00e0 del Gruppo e responsabile delle finanze e del controllo delle filiali tedesche.<\/p>\n<p>Il Dr. Iosif Bakaleynik ha annunciato la sua intenzione di porre fine al suo precedente doppio mandato di Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e di Amministratore Delegato e di concentrarsi d'ora in poi esclusivamente sulla Presidenza.
