I ricavi netti e i proventi realizzati sono migliorati da 20,2 a 22,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Poich\u00e9 sono state registrate anche plusvalenze non realizzate per circa 1 milione di franchi, i ricavi totali sono aumentati ancora di pi\u00f9, passando da 20,2 a 23,3 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<p>Il rapporto di finanziamento del debito del fondo \u00e8 leggermente diminuito rispetto all'anno precedente, passando da 29,52 a 27,19%. Tuttavia, i costi di finanziamento sono aumentati da 2,5 a 3,5 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<p>Non sono state apportate modifiche sostanziali al portafoglio. Il patrimonio totale del fondo \u00e8 aumentato leggermente da 1,61 miliardi di franchi a 1,69 miliardi di franchi. Non ci sono state vendite.
