Rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell'anno precedente, l'aumento ammonta a 4,0 %. Continua cos\u00ec la<br \/>\nContinua la ripresa dei prezzi. Tuttavia, il prezzo \u00e8 ancora 10,0 % al di sotto del picco del primo trimestre del 2022, secondo le analisi del FPRE.<\/p>\n<p>Sette regioni FPRE su otto hanno registrato un aumento dei prezzi delle case plurifamiliari nel secondo trimestre del 2024. Gli aumenti di prezzo pi\u00f9 significativi rispetto al trimestre precedente si registrano nelle regioni della Svizzera orientale (+2,0%), Basilea e la regione alpina (+1,7% ciascuna) e Giura (+1,5%). Solo nella Svizzera meridionale i prezzi hanno ristagnato (-0,3%).<\/p>\n<p>Stagnazione dei prezzi degli immobili ad uso ufficio<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2\u00b0 trimestre del 2024 i prezzi degli immobili ad uso ufficio in Svizzera sono rimasti praticamente invariati rispetto al trimestre precedente, con un calo minimo di 0,2%. Rispetto al<br \/>\nTuttavia, ci\u00f2 comporta un aumento dei prezzi di 4,0 % rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Gli sviluppi variano da regione a regione: Nelle regioni della Svizzera meridionale (-4,9%), di Zurigo (-2,6%) e della Svizzera orientale (-0,5%), i prezzi sono inferiori rispetto al trimestre precedente.
