Si tratta di \"sviluppi imprevedibili in relazione ad alcuni progetti di costruzione nel corso dell'uscita di Steiner dal settore dei general contractor\".<\/p>\n<p>La procedura di riorganizzazione che \u00e8 stata avviata ha lo scopo di evitare che i rischi summenzionati compromettano lo sviluppo immobiliare. Questa attivit\u00e0 continua a essere redditizia e di successo, sottolinea Steiner. La moratoria provvisoria per la ristrutturazione del debito \u00e8 stata richiesta per quattro mesi. \"Inoltre, d\u00e0 all'azienda il tempo di trovare soluzioni per i ritardi nei pagamenti da parte dei clienti di precedenti progetti nel settore delle costruzioni\", prosegue il comunicato. Steiner considera la mossa come un sostegno sulla strada per diventare un fornitore di servizi immobiliari puro.<\/p>\n<p>Un progetto di general contractor particolarmente problematico per Steiner \u00e8 stato l'ospedale di Wetzikon, dove i lavori per il nuovo edificio e l'ampliamento sono stati annullati molto prima del completamento.
