Si tratta di un aumento di 6,87 miliardi di franchi rispetto al primo semestre dell'anno precedente, come indicato nella relazione semestrale non certificata al 31 marzo. Non ci sono stati acquisti o vendite durante il periodo. Il tasso di sfitto \u00e8 estremamente basso, pari a 0,61 %. I canoni di locazione sono aumentati di 3,57 %, raggiungendo 44,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel confronto tra i dodici mesi. L'aumento \u00e8 dovuto alla locazione degli edifici di 89 rue de la Servette abc e del complesso C\u00f4t\u00e9 Parc a Ginevra. La maggior parte dei redditi da locazione proviene da edifici residenziali e a uso misto nei principali centri urbani della Svizzera occidentale.<\/p>\n<h3>Successo complessivo significativamente pi\u00f9 alto<\/h3>\n<p>Il prezzo di mercato delle quote del fondo La Fonci\u00e8re \u00e8 aumentato del 6,06 % rispetto al primo semestre dell'esercizio precedente. L'utile netto del fondo \u00e8 rimasto costante a circa 16,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri, mentre l'utile totale \u00e8 aumentato considerevolmente a 47,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri grazie a un'elevata plusvalenza non realizzata di 30,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri (anno precedente: -5,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri). Nello stesso periodo dell'anno precedente era stato conseguito un utile totale di 11,2 milioni di franchi svizzeri.<\/p>\n<h3>Prossimo aumento di capitale a giugno<\/h3>\n<p>Nel frattempo, il fondo sta pianificando un'ulteriore crescita: un aumento di capitale, che si svolger\u00e0 dal 3 al 12 giugno, dovrebbe raccogliere circa 100 milioni di franchi svizzeri.
