Il valore di mercato \u00e8 aumentato da 3,69 miliardi di franchi svizzeri a 3,99 miliardi di franchi svizzeri, grazie alle transazioni e agli investimenti in progetti completati. Il tasso di sfitto \u00e8 sceso da 2,15 a 1,61% dal 1\u00b0 trimestre 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Con il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/unternehmen\/2024-04-04\/swiss-prime-ast-waechst-durch-sacheinlage-einer-pensionskasse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Contributo in natura dal fondo pensione di Datwyler Holding<\/a> Con cinque immobili, questa \u00e8 stata l'acquisizione pi\u00f9 importante del trimestre. Uno dei punti salienti della gestione del portafoglio \u00e8 stata l'accettazione del progetto di nuova costruzione \"Litterna\" a Visp (VS). I 138 appartamenti con asilo nido sono stati completamente affittati, ma i due piccoli spazi commerciali del progetto non sono ancora stati affittati. Un altro evento importante degli ultimi mesi \u00e8 stato l'inizio della seconda fase del cantiere Riverside a Zuchwil.
