La domanda reale \u00e8 scesa di nuovo, il che, insieme ai prezzi leggermente pi\u00f9 bassi, ha portato al calo delle vendite nominali dell'industria (-1,0% rispetto al 2015) nel secondo anno dopo l'eliminazione del tasso di cambio minimo euro\/CHF. Mentre gli acquisti esteri locali sono probabilmente diminuiti leggermente (-6,2% rispetto al 2015), il commercio online transfrontaliero ha continuato a beneficiare di un forte slancio di crescita. \"Nel complesso, \u00e8 probabile che un franco al dettaglio su dieci sia stato speso all'estero nel 2016\", dice il <em>Prospettive al dettaglio 2017<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>Mancano impulsi di crescita<\/h2>\n<p>Per il 2017, CS prevede una stagnazione delle vendite nominali in tutto il commercio al dettaglio. Questo equivale a una stabilizzazione dopo i deboli anni precedenti. Tuttavia, mancano chiari impulsi di crescita dall'economia generale per una ripresa pi\u00f9 dinamica. Gli autori dello studio prevedono che il sentimento dei consumatori migliorer\u00e0 solo esitante nel migliore dei casi nel 2017 a causa del tasso di disoccupazione stagnante.<\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 l'inflazione torner\u00e0 probabilmente in Svizzera nel 2017, il potere d'acquisto dei consumatori difficilmente aumenter\u00e0 nonostante i leggeri aumenti dei salari nominali. Alla luce delle prospettive sottotono per il settore, i piani di espansione delle superfici di vendita per il 2017 sono anche pi\u00f9 difensivi che in qualsiasi momento dal 2009. I piani dei rivenditori alimentari sono pi\u00f9 aggressivi di quelli dei rivenditori non alimentari.<\/p>\n<h2>Densit\u00e0 di offerta pi\u00f9 alta nei centri e negli agglomerati<\/h2>\n<p>Lo studio di quest'anno presta particolare attenzione alla densit\u00e0 dell'offerta regionale nel commercio al dettaglio stazionario. Questo \u00e8 superiore alla media nei centri e negli agglomerati svizzeri. Al contrario, le zone rurali - a parte le comunit\u00e0 turistiche - hanno una densit\u00e0 di offerta inferiore alla media. In molte regioni, il rapporto tra l'offerta (misurata in posizioni a tempo pieno) e la domanda nel commercio al dettaglio stazionario \u00e8 diminuito tra il 2011 e il 2013.<\/p>\n<p>L'occupazione nel commercio al dettaglio \u00e8 diminuita nella maggior parte dei grandi centri urbani - con alcune eccezioni come Lucerna - mentre nei distretti esterni c'\u00e8 stato un parziale aumento dei posti di lavoro. Il declino dell'occupazione nei centri cittadini \u00e8 stato in parte dovuto all'evoluzione degli affitti per gli spazi commerciali in posizioni privilegiate.<\/p>\n<p>L'analisi regionale della densit\u00e0 dell'offerta mostra anche le conseguenze del turismo dello shopping, che era gi\u00e0 aumentato notevolmente nel 2011. I negozi al dettaglio nelle comunit\u00e0 di confine di Germania e Francia hanno registrato il 5,4 e il 3,4 per cento in meno di posti a tempo pieno nel 2013 rispetto al 2011 - la citt\u00e0 di Basilea addirittura il 6,6 per cento in meno. In tutta la Svizzera, il calo \u00e8 stato del 2,1 per cento.
