Le entrate totali del fondo sono aumentate da 28,8 a 29,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Tuttavia, anche le spese totali sono aumentate, passando da circa 10,0 milioni di franchi a 11,3 milioni di franchi. A causa dell'aumento dei tassi d'interesse ipotecari, il risultato netto \u00e8 leggermente diminuito da 18,8 a 18,1 milioni di franchi. Il dividendo rimane invariato a 5,50 franchi.
