Il tasso di sfitto \u00e8 stato ridotto da 1,6% a 1,3%.<\/p>\n<p>L'utile netto al netto delle rivalutazioni \u00e8 aumentato di 2,3% a 20,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri (anno precedente: 19,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri), soprattutto grazie alla riduzione dei costi amministrativi e delle imposte sul reddito, secondo quanto dichiarato dalla societ\u00e0. La vendita di tre immobili ha contribuito all'utile netto di 0,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri, esclusi gli effetti della rivalutazione. Tuttavia, l'utile netto ordinario, incluse le rivalutazioni, \u00e8 sceso significativamente da 22,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri dell'anno precedente a 8,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri.
