Secondo la societ\u00e0, \u00e8 stato collocato o prorogato un volume totale di 918 milioni di franchi svizzeri. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/unternehmen\/2023-02-10\/hyrock-platziert-2022-ueber-eine-milliarde-chf-an-hypotheken\/\">Ci\u00f2 significa che Hyrock non ha raggiunto la cifra di 1,05 miliardi di franchi svizzeri dell'anno precedente. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Secondo Hyrock, 349 milioni di franchi svizzeri del volume sono stati attribuiti a finanziamenti ponte e follow-on, il che corrisponde a un aumento di quasi 30% in questa categoria. L'importo medio dei prestiti per transazione \u00e8 stato di 5,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie a un moderato aumento dei margini, gli utili hanno raggiunto il livello dell'anno precedente, ha proseguito Hyrock.
