Con 405,7 milioni di franchi, il reddito complessivo \u00e8 stato leggermente inferiore a quello dell'anno precedente (418,9 milioni di franchi), nonostante le sostanziali plusvalenze derivanti dallo sviluppo dei progetti a causa delle variazioni in diminuzione del valore del portafoglio, scrive Swisscanto nel rapporto annuale. Sulla base di questo risultato, \u00e8 stato raggiunto un rendimento del capitale investito (classe GT) di 4,95% (anno precedente: 5,51%).<\/p>\n<p>Al 30 giugno, il portafoglio comprendeva 240 immobili esistenti e sei immobili in costruzione, per un valore di bilancio di 9,5 miliardi di franchi svizzeri (anno precedente: 8,9 miliardi di franchi svizzeri).
