(\u00a9 Tribunale di Zurigo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il Tribunale distrettuale di Zurigo ha approvato la richiesta di moratoria provvisoria per la ristrutturazione del debito della societ\u00e0 svizzera Signa Retail Selection AG, come riportato nel Foglio ufficiale svizzero del commercio. L'avvocato Eugen Fritschi dello studio legale B\u00fchlmann &amp; Fritschi Rechtsanw\u00e4lte di Zurigo \u00e8 stato nominato amministratore provvisorio. La moratoria provvisoria per la ristrutturazione del debito durer\u00e0 quattro mesi, fino al 5 aprile 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo l'azienda, la moratoria per la ristrutturazione del debito ha lo scopo di evitare che la Signa Retail Selection svizzera subisca le conseguenze dell'insolvenza della casa madre austriaca. Al contrario, la societ\u00e0 verr\u00e0 separata e liquidata in modo ordinato. Il Consiglio di Amministrazione prevede di poter saldare tutte le passivit\u00e0 esterne e di vendere le attivit\u00e0 in un processo ben organizzato e strutturato nei prossimi mesi, ha annunciato la societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>Il co-proprietario Central Group ribadisce il suo impegno nei confronti di Globus<\/h3>\n<p>Signa Retail Selection detiene una partecipazione di 50% in Globus, mentre il thailandese Central Group, anch'esso proprietario di 50%, ha recentemente ribadito il proprio impegno nei confronti di Globus. \"Il Central Group rimane fermamente impegnato a garantire e sostenere le sue attivit\u00e0 europee nel settore del lusso, indipendentemente dalla situazione finanziaria dei suoi partner\", ha dichiarato il gruppo all'agenzia di stampa AWP.<\/p>\n<p>Anche l'amministratore delegato di Globus, Franco Savastano, ha commentato l'insolvenza del comproprietario. Ha dichiarato all'emittente regionale \"Tele Z\u00fcri\" che la liquidit\u00e0 dell'azienda \u00e8 sicura e le operazioni stanno andando bene. Secondo i media, le partecipazioni di Signa in Globus, Selfridges e KaDeWe Group sono raggruppate in Signa European Invest
