Il tasso di morosit\u00e0 \u00e8 diminuito per la quarta volta consecutiva e si attesta ora al 3,4%. I progetti di ristrutturazione e di nuova costruzione e due acquisizioni hanno portato a una crescita del portafoglio di 101 milioni di franchi svizzeri a 3,18 miliardi di franchi svizzeri.
