La citt\u00e0 ha annunciato la necessit\u00e0 di un ulteriore prestito di 23,97 milioni di franchi. Il Consiglio comunale aveva originariamente approvato 49,55 milioni di franchi per la ristrutturazione delle facciate.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, i preparativi per la costruzione hanno dimostrato che questo budget non era sufficiente. Per la pianificazione di questi lavori sono stati messi a bilancio altri 3 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto Hardau II comprende quattro torri residenziali alte da 72 a 93 metri e due file di edifici residenziali di quattro piani, per un totale di 573 appartamenti, oltre a un padiglione commerciale, un centro per anziani distribuito su due edifici e una casa di riposo gestita dalla Fondazione comunale per le case di riposo (SAW). Sui quasi 33.000 metri quadrati dell'area, tra Bullingerstrasse e Norastrasse, vivono circa 1.350 persone.<\/p>\n<p>La prima fase della ristrutturazione della facciata \u00e8 iniziata nel luglio 2023.
