I proventi previsti, fino a 16,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri, saranno utilizzati per l'acquisto di immobili residenziali e commerciali nelle citt\u00e0 di San Gallo e Lucerna \"nell'attuale mercato degli acquirenti\", si legge in un recente comunicato stampa.
