Inoltre, il rapporto tra spese amministrative e canoni di locazione \u00e8 migliorato a 24,8% (anno precedente: 27,2%). Le spese per il personale e le spese amministrative, pari a 1,1 milioni di franchi, sono state leggermente inferiori rispetto all'anno precedente.
