Il potenziale di riduzione \u00e8 di conseguenza elevato, e quindi anche la responsabilit\u00e0 degli attori del settore. Per sensibilizzare l'opinione pubblica sull'urgenza di una rapida riduzione delle emissioni di gas serra, \u00e8 necessario sapere dove e quando un edificio emette gas serra durante il suo intero ciclo di vita e come \u00e8 possibile ridurli.<\/p>\n<p>Il grado di compatibilit\u00e0 climatica di un progetto edilizio pu\u00f2 essere influenzato dal concetto architettonico. Una geometria ottimizzata, una struttura edilizia efficiente dal punto di vista dei materiali o persino edifici compatti con una struttura portante snella contribuiscono a ridurre le emissioni.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi pochissimi materiali da costruzione sono completamente privi di emissioni, ma molti sono almeno a basse emissioni. Tra questi vi sono i materiali da costruzione di origine biogenica come il legno, i materiali isolanti realizzati con materie prime rinnovabili come la paglia o la cellulosa e i tipi di calcestruzzo ottimizzati per il clima. Poich\u00e9 il calcestruzzo \u00e8 responsabile di circa 8% delle emissioni globali di gas serra, la leva \u00e8 particolarmente ampia.<\/p>\n<p>Molte propriet\u00e0 in questo Paese sono ancora riscaldate con combustibili fossili come il petrolio o il gas. Nel sito Hobelwerk di Winterthur, ad esempio, l'attenzione si concentra su misure come la sostituzione del cemento con costruzioni in legno o il riutilizzo di componenti edilizi. Metodi simili sono utilizzati anche nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewz.ch\/de\/geschaeftskunden\/immobilien\/referenzen-projekte\/greencity\/greencity-verge.html?aa_cmp=onl_immohub02-23_immobus-adv1-linkverge-de_publireportage_1x1_018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cantiere Greencity B6 (Verg\u00e9)<\/strong><\/a> previsto a Zurigo. Oltre alla scelta di materiali a basse emissioni, la fornitura di energia rinnovabile di ewz contribuisce ad avvicinare l'azienda al suo obiettivo di zero emissioni. Un terzo esempio \u00e8 la nuova sede di Sonova Communications a Murten.
