Per contro, le entrate totali sono aumentate da 25,9 a 26,8 milioni di franchi svizzeri, mentre i redditi da locazione sono migliorati di 3,6% a 26,8 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Le spese totali sono aumentate da 10,7 a 14,7 milioni di franchi, soprattutto a causa dell'aumento dei tassi d'interesse, mentre l'utile netto \u00e8 sceso da 15,2 a 12,4 milioni di franchi. \"La gestione dei costi, la riduzione dell'onere fiscale e l'attuazione dell'adeguamento dei tassi di interesse di riferimento ci fanno prevedere un risultato nettamente migliore nella seconda met\u00e0 dell'anno\", si legge in un comunicato. Il portafoglio si \u00e8 svalutato di 1,1% nella prima met\u00e0 dell'anno. Le minusvalenze non realizzate, pari a 20,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri (anno precedente: +13,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri), hanno fatto s\u00ec che il periodo si chiudesse con un risultato complessivo negativo di 8,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri, rispetto a un risultato complessivo di +29,0 milioni di franchi svizzeri nello stesso periodo dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>La societ\u00e0 di gestione del fondo ha annunciato la vendita della propriet\u00e0 di Bazenheid (SG) e ulteriori disinvestimenti per la seconda met\u00e0 dell'anno. Il portafoglio sar\u00e0 ulteriormente migliorato in termini di qualit\u00e0 e il rapporto di indebitamento sar\u00e0 ridotto.
