Il tasso di morosit\u00e0 sugli affitti \u00e8 sceso da 2,18% alla fine del 2022 a 2,07%. \"Ci\u00f2 ha parzialmente compensato l'aumento dei costi di rifinanziamento\", scrive la societ\u00e0 di gestione dei fondi.<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente, l'utile netto \u00e8 sceso da 20,7 a 19,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri, mentre l'utile totale \u00e8 passato da 22,1 a 19,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri. L'aumento del tasso d'interesse di riferimento avr\u00e0 un impatto positivo sulla capacit\u00e0 di guadagno del fondo a partire dalla seconda met\u00e0 dell'anno, ha annunciato Swisscanto.
