Rispetto al secondo trimestre del 2022, i condomini costano 5,1 % in pi\u00f9 rispetto a un anno fa, mentre le case unifamiliari sono aumentate di 6,1 %. \"Nel braccio di ferro tra la scarsit\u00e0 dell'offerta e l'aumento dei costi di finanziamento dovuti ai tassi d'interesse, la scarsit\u00e0 dell'offerta continua ad avere il sopravvento\", afferma Fredy Hasenmaile, capo economista di Raiffeisen Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h3>Zurigo con il pi\u00f9 basso aumento di condomini<\/h3>\n<p>Secondo l'Indice dei prezzi delle transazioni Raiffeisen, le case unifamiliari della Svizzera centrale (+18,8%) e della Svizzera orientale (+9,8%) hanno registrato i maggiori aumenti di prezzo rispetto all'anno precedente. Per contro, i prezzi sono aumentati in misura minore a Berna (+3,4%) e nella Svizzera nordoccidentale (+3,3%). I prezzi dei condomini sono aumentati maggiormente nella regione della Svizzera centrale (+11,3%). La regione di Zurigo ha registrato il pi\u00f9 basso aumento dei prezzi su base annua (+1,4%).<\/p>\n<h3>I condomini nelle comunit\u00e0 turistiche sono particolarmente apprezzati<\/h3>\n<p>La ripartizione dell'andamento dei prezzi per tipologia di comune mostra che i prezzi delle case nei comuni urbani sono aumentati di 7,3 % in un anno, pi\u00f9 che in altri tipi di comuni. Nel segmento degli appartamenti occupati dai proprietari, invece, i comuni turistici hanno registrato i maggiori aumenti di prezzo (+7,9%).
