La Fondazione Hamasil ha reso pubblico il suo ricorso poco dopo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stato criticato il fatto che la citt\u00e0 voglia preservare solo il vecchio edificio del 1941\/42 adibito a officina di tempra (Zahnradstrasse 22), inserito nell'inventario comunale, e l'edificio del 1939 adibito a officina e spedizione (Zahnradstrasse 21\/23), inserito nell'inventario comunale, del sito Maag a Zurigo Ovest. I due grandi capannoni per eventi della Zahnradstrasse 24, risalenti al 1968\/69, e la torre per uffici del 1970\/71 devono essere demoliti in base alla decisione edilizia. La Societ\u00e0 svizzera per il patrimonio ha inserito il sito, che \u00e8 anche elencato nell'Inventario federale dei siti svizzeri di importanza nazionale, nella sua lista rossa dei beni in pericolo. \"Tuttavia, la citt\u00e0 di Zurigo non ha ritenuto necessario garantire la conservazione delle Sale Maag mediante speciali norme edilizie e promuovere un ulteriore progetto edilizio che preservi gli edifici esistenti\", scrivono gli esperti di conservazione del patrimonio di Zurigo. L'insieme dei tre capannoni del sito Maag sono gli ultimi testimoni dell'importante epoca dell'industrializzazione della citt\u00e0 di Zurigo e sono quindi significativi in termini di storia dell'architettura. Insieme agli altri edifici del sito, formano un insieme coerente.<\/p>\n<p>\"I ricorsi hanno un effetto sospensivo\", scrive la Fondazione Hamasil in un comunicato stampa. \"Questa moratoria offre alla citt\u00e0 di Zurigo l'opportunit\u00e0 di affrontare la revisione del regolamento edilizio speciale, che \u00e8 in ritardo, e quindi di spianare la strada a un progetto alternativo\". La fondazione ha avviato il Kulturpark nella Pfingstweidstrasse e vi ha sede. In qualit\u00e0 di vicino diretto, ha il diritto di fare una dichiarazione. \u00c8 favorevole alla realizzazione di un altro progetto emerso dal concorso di architettura, quello di Lacaton &amp; Vassal, che prevede la conservazione del tessuto edilizio storico.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto \"Maaglive\" di Swiss Prime Site si basa sui disegni dello studio berlinese Sauerbruch Hutton. Il volume dell'investimento \u00e8 stato stimato l'anno scorso in 135 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Il fatto che ci sarebbero stati dei ricorsi contro il progetto era gi\u00e0 stato considerato non improbabile al momento della presentazione dei piani. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/regionen\/2022-08-23\/zuerich-projekt-maaglive-einen-schritt-weiter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(IB ha
