Nell'intero esercizio 2021\/22 tale cifra era di poco superiore a 38 milioni di franchi, come indicato nella relazione sui risultati semestrali.<\/p>\n<p>Il fondo ha realizzato una plusvalenza di 3,81 milioni di franchi svizzeri dalla vendita di un portafoglio residenziale di cinque piccoli condomini. Al netto delle minusvalenze non realizzate (-1,97 milioni di franchi svizzeri) e delle imposte di liquidazione (-385.250 franchi svizzeri), il risultato finale \u00e8 un utile complessivo di 21,72 milioni di franchi svizzeri per il primo semestre dell'anno (esercizio 2021\/22: 78,37 milioni di franchi svizzeri).<\/p>\n<p>I ricavi da locazione hanno raggiunto 45,47 milioni di franchi svizzeri nei primi sei mesi e il tasso di perdita degli affitti \u00e8 stato di 1,76% (31.03.2022: 2,97%).<\/p>\n<p>Il Fondo Swiss Life investe in immobili residenziali nelle citt\u00e0 svizzere e nei loro agglomerati, nonch\u00e9 in immobili commerciali situati in posizione centrale. Alla fine del primo semestre dell'anno, il fondo deteneva un portafoglio di 161 immobili con un valore di mercato di 2,56 miliardi di franchi.
