Secondo il BWO, 59 citt\u00e0 hanno partecipato all'indagine.<\/p>\n<h3>Due terzi delle citt\u00e0 hanno troppo pochi alloggi<\/h3>\n<p>Circa due terzi delle citt\u00e0 valutano l'offerta di alloggi disponibili come \"troppo scarsa\" o \"un po' troppo scarsa\". Oltre alle offerte di alloggi nel segmento di prezzo pi\u00f9 basso, mancano anche le opportunit\u00e0 di acquisto di immobili residenziali. La situazione \u00e8 percepita come particolarmente tesa nelle grandi citt\u00e0 con pi\u00f9 di 50.000 abitanti.<\/p>\n<p>Il 68% delle citt\u00e0 intervistate afferma di cedere terreni in diritti di costruzione, vincolati a condizioni quali affitti favorevoli. Tuttavia, oltre l'80% delle citt\u00e0 afferma anche di avere troppe poche riserve di terreni edificabili. Gli acquisti di terreni falliscono soprattutto a causa degli alti prezzi di mercato.<\/p>\n<h3>L'80% vede i diritti di prelazione come una soluzione<\/h3>\n<p>L'indagine mostra anche che il 60% delle citt\u00e0 intervistate vede una necessit\u00e0 di intervento \"elevata\" o \"molto elevata\" a livello di politica federale. Come possibile soluzione, il pi\u00f9 delle volte viene indicato il diritto di prelazione per i terreni edificabili e le propriet\u00e0 (80%). Secondo il BWO, quasi il 70% degli intervistati ritiene inoltre che gli affitti possano essere ridotti se il canone precedente viene reso trasparente quando un inquilino cambia.<\/p>\n<p>Il 12 maggio, una tavola rotonda presieduta dal Consigliere federale Guy Parmelin affronter\u00e0 il tema della carenza di alloggi.
