A parit\u00e0 di perimetro, l'aumento \u00e8 stato di 3,2%, dovuto principalmente alle nuove locazioni. L'aumento \u00e8 dovuto principalmente alla riduzione del tasso di sfitto a 5,8% nel 2022 (anno precedente: 7,6%) e al reddito locativo per l'intero anno derivante dall'acquisizione della propriet\u00e0 logistica a Roggwil a partire dal 1\u00b0 aprile 2021, ha dichiarato Epic Suisse. Le plusvalenze da rivalutazione, pari a 0,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri, sono state significativamente inferiori a quelle dell'anno precedente, pari a 48,9 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Epic Suisse ha investito 29,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri sia nel portafoglio esistente sia nell'acquisizione di una societ\u00e0 che possiede un edificio produttivo\/industriale su un sito a Tolochenaz. Il sito di Tolochenaz \u00e8 adiacente a un terreno gi\u00e0 di propriet\u00e0 di Epic Suisse.<\/p>\n<h3>EBTIDA nettamente inferiore all'anno precedente<\/h3>\n<p>L'EBITDA (compresa la rivalutazione degli immobili) \u00e8 stato di 44,0 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel 2022, meno della met\u00e0 del valore dell'anno precedente, pari a 97,8 milioni di franchi svizzeri.
