Le aree industriali di Werkstadt e Hardfeld diventeranno aree di lavoro, dove saranno ubicate attivit\u00e0 commerciali e logistiche. L'area della Neugasse \u00e8 riservata all'uso residenziale.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo le FFS e la citt\u00e0 di Zurigo, il sito di Werkstadt diventer\u00e0 un \"centro di produzione urbana, start-up e industrie creative\". I primi utilizzi pionieristici potranno avvenire a partire dal 2017 e si prevede che il sito sar\u00e0 completamente sgomberato entro il 2026. La trasformazione dovr\u00e0 avvenire all'interno dell'attuale zonizzazione di base. Il profilo della futura comunit\u00e0 di utenti sar\u00e0 definito all'inizio del 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Il sito di Hardfeld ospita attualmente aree di smaltimento, logistica e stoccaggio dei rifiuti; tra il 2022 e il 2031, le opportunit\u00e0 di cambiamento si presenteranno in pi\u00f9 fasi. Le FFS e la citt\u00e0 vogliono portare avanti la pianificazione nell'ambito della zonizzazione di base valida e del piano strutturale. A tal fine, tuttavia, \u00e8 necessario chiarire le questioni fondamentali relative al potenziale futuro della logistica urbana delle merci in questo luogo.<\/p>\n<p>Il sito della Neugasse \u00e8 destinato a uso residenziale, con un terzo dell'area riservata ad abitazioni senza scopo di lucro. La base di pianificazione deve essere sviluppata entro il 2018, mentre il nuovo sviluppo dell'area \u00e8 previsto a partire dal 2022.
