L'anno scorso i prezzi delle case unifamiliari sono aumentati in media di 7,3% e quelli dei condomini di 5,6%, secondo l'UST.<\/p>\n<p>Nel quarto trimestre del 2022, i prezzi sono aumentati sia per le case indipendenti (+2,0%) che per i condomini (+0,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Secondo l'UST, l'aumento dei prezzi \u00e8 stato forte nei comuni rurali e un po' pi\u00f9 forte per le case unifamiliari (+5,5%) rispetto ai condomini (+3,8%). I prezzi nei comuni urbani di un grande agglomerato, invece, sono diminuiti in modo pi\u00f9 significativo.
