Secondo la societ\u00e0, la sottoscrizione dell'intero volume di emissione \u00e8 stata confermata prevalentemente dagli azionisti di riferimento. Peach intende utilizzare i proventi dell'emissione per rimborsare le passivit\u00e0 finanziarie non garantite. L'indice di leva finanziaria del Gruppo (LTV) diminuir\u00e0 di 2,4% a 49,4% (base proforma 1\u00b0 semestre 2022).<\/p>\n<p>L'azionista di maggioranza Ares Management non \u00e8 tenuto a fare un'offerta pubblica di acquisto per Peach a seguito del prestito obbligazionario convertibile, ha annunciato la societ\u00e0. La Commissione svizzera per le offerte pubbliche di acquisto ha approvato una richiesta in tal senso da parte di Ares Management. Alla fine del 2022, Ares Management aveva registrato una partecipazione di 36,77% in Peach Property, rispetto ai 26% precedenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Gli aumenti dei costi deprimono l'FFO I<\/h3>\n<p>Nel dicembre 2022 Peach ha dovuto rivedere parzialmente al ribasso le previsioni per l'esercizio finanziario 2022: Prevede una capacit\u00e0 di guadagno operativo (FFO I) di 16 milioni di franchi, quindi inferiore alla precedente previsione di 18-21 milioni di franchi.
