Questo vale soprattutto per il cantone di Ginevra (-26,1%), ma anche i cantoni di Vaud (-17,0%), Zurigo (-15,5%) e Basilea Campagna (-3,6%) registrano un calo dei posti vacanti. Solo il Cantone di Basilea Citt\u00e0, i cui posti vacanti erano gi\u00e0 aumentati in controtendenza rispetto all'anno precedente, ha registrato un ulteriore aumento di 7,5%. Complessivamente, nel giugno 2022 nei cinque cantoni c'erano 13,9% di appartamenti sfitti in meno rispetto all'anno precedente. Il calo si \u00e8 quindi accelerato rispetto al 2021 (-8,0%).<\/p>\n<h3>Il tasso di posti vacanti dovrebbe scendere a circa 1,35%<\/h3>\n<p>Secondo CS, \u00e8 probabile che il calo del tasso di posti vacanti osservato l'anno scorso per la prima volta dal 2009 sia proseguito senza interruzioni, il che equivale a una diminuzione del tasso di posti vacanti da 1,54% dell'anno precedente a circa 1,35%. Si tratterebbe del valore pi\u00f9 basso degli ultimi sei anni. Un importante motore del calo del tasso di posti vacanti rimane l'attivit\u00e0 edilizia, che ha gi\u00e0 raggiunto il suo picco nel 2019 e da allora ha continuato a diminuire.
